Each month, I’ll be holding space for a wonderful group of women to explore insightful topics together and learn practical tips and techniques you can use at home to build lasting habits. Being surrounded by like-minded women—and receiving support from other mums—is so valuable in today’s world. We inspire one another, lift each other up, I believe this kind of space is crucial to our existence.

If you prefer being part of a group rather than working one-to-one, this might be exactly what you’re looking for. I can assure you that if one mum has experienced something… a dozen others have too! All opinions and experiences are welcome here. There will be exercises to work through, meaningful conversations to share, and undoubtedly plenty of love and encouragement along the way.

Releasing mum guilt and finding self compassion. A nurturing workshop for mothers.

Motherhood can feel relentless- the pressure, the guilt, the constant voice saying you should be doing more. This workshop offers a safe , compassionate space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Together , we will:

  • Explore the roots of mum guilt and learn practical tools to release it

  • Cultivate self-compassion and inner kindness

  • Understand the science of the mum brain- how your mind changes in motherhood

  • Connect deeply with other mothers who share and support each other

  • Coaching techniques to make useful changes

An afternoon of grounding and understanding. Teas, coffee and cake included along with chakra cards for a spiritual twist.

I am who I am… aren’t I?

A calm and reflective space for mothers to reconnect with who they are.

In this workshop, we will gently explore the values and beliefs that shap hownwe parent, how we care for oursleves, and how we show up in the world.

Together we will:

  • Identify your core values as a woman and a mother

  • Notice which beliefs support you - and which drain you

  • Explore what you you’ve inherited vs. what you truly choose

  • Learn how aligned values reduce guilt, overwhelm, and pressure

  • Create a simple, personal guide for the kind of motherhood that feels right for you
