Hi, my name is Victoria- and I would love for us to get to know each other a little bit more.
I became a mum nearly seven years ago and, like so many of us, had no idea just how wild, wonderful, and transformative the journey would be. My first birth didn’t go to plan- my dreamy candle-lit home birth turned into something very different- yet I can look back now with a kind of soft fondness. That day changed me.
I now have two beautiful children- a little boy and, later, a little girI who completed our little team. Over the past two years, i’ve also navigated a separation from their father, and we now co-parent. It’s been a time full on growth, restructuring, and rediscovering myself as a mother. Like many mums, I’ve had to face the negative chatter, the self-doubt, and the days where it all just feels too much.
Some days I can welcome those feelings and make sense of them; other days I can’t… and that’s okay. I truly believe it’s impossible to feel aligned with every side of yourself every day.
Over time, I’ve found tools that help me calm my anxious thoughts and create moments of inner peace- things I come back to again and again. My hope now is to share those tools with other mothers, to help you find clarity, compassion, and a little more ease in your own every day life. My life certainly isn’t perfect, but if i can lighten your load even a little, it would be an honour.
Who am I ?
I am a lover of people , everyone has a story, and I’m endlessly fascinated by how differently we all see the world.
Travelling keeps me inspired- new places, new perpectives, new energy.
I can be the life and soul of a party or retreat into a book or journalling. I love company but I equally love my own space (very Gemini of me!)
Nature keeps me balanced. The sea, fresh air and green spaces help me slow down, breathe, and come back to myself.
Family is one of my deepest values. Quality, fun time together every week is a non-negotiable for me.
Personal development has always called to me, but everything shifted when I attended a retreat in Norfolk. I had that lightbulb moment I’d been waiting for- I finally discovered my path. From there, the training began, the self-work deepened, and I slowly transitioned out of years in retail into a career where I get to guide people through meaningful life changes.
“You don’t need a new sunrise to start over, you only need a new mindset”
I am now a qualified neurolinguistic practitioner and have a Diploma in Integrated Psychotherapeutic Studies. The journey I have been on since I began training has been incredible, I am a work in progress that feels more in control as a person now and equipped and passionate to guide others to feel this very same way.
What do I believe?
If you can’t enjoy what you have now, you won’t be able to enjoy more of it
If you spend time building a better relationship with yourself, everything begins to shift
Everyone is different, and staying curious about those differences keeps us in a state of love rather than fear
Self-care is not selfish- it is necessary in the world we live in
Negative feelings are not normalised. Not every day can be a “good day”, being human means feeling the full spectrum
Gratefulness is a wonderful way to focus on the better moments of the day and readjust your thinking
We are all on this journey of life together, each of us carrying things no one else can see. Choosing kindness for others and ourselves is vital
The universe has your back, it really does. . .
