This programme is for the mum who constantly feels like she’s falling short, even though she’s doing everything she can. We will gently unravel the layers of guilt- that have built up- from expectations, comparison, subconsious thoughts and pressure.

Together we will explore where your guilt comes from, sofgen the inner voice, and create realistic, compassionate boundaries.

By the end, you’ll understand your emotional triggers, know how to support yourself through tough moments, and finally feel “good enough’ - because you always were.

Changing Relationships

Are you having an unhealthy relationship with a person/people close to you?

Waking up each day and feeling disconnected from yourself and everyone around you?

It’s normal for unhealthy patterns to surface sometimes in our relationships… realising it is the first step. Whether it’s a partner, friend, parent, etc it doesn’t feel very nice, and once you are in it it’s difficult to navigate your way out!

We will work on building those healthy relationships back into your life, understanding those you care about more deeply, and creating more connection.
